When I play Conquest, I generally jump from one team stronghold to the next, then once I’ve defeated them all, I have to go back and capture all the other hexes, including simming every other hex occupied by a stronghold-less team. This can consume 15-30 minutes of my allotted gaming time, which I consider wasted because I’m not able to play or be in the market. Considering this is a foregone conclusion, can there be an option added that once all strongholds are defeated, the entire board is cleared, any hidden packs rewarded, and just be done with it?
It's a stategy mode, as long as there are territories occupied they can still attack and reclaim the strongholds. So yeah that would defeat the purpose of the mode.
I will say once you conquer a good portion of the strongholds and map, strategy goes out the window and it just becomes how long before I cover the map

I get the sentiment but it’s not a foregone conclusion. Obviously those teams can still attack your strongholds if you’re not careful. There will also be times where you’ll need to reinforce.
Also 15-30 minutes? C’mon man. Surely you’re being facetious.
Actually my bet would be that simming all the non stronghold games takes much longer than 30 minutes. It take 10 to 15 seconds probably to click on a square, tell it to sim, verify that you want to sim, wait for the result and exit back to the map.
So 4 hexes a minute and you are looking at over 350 hexes that have to be simmed on the full map

Yeah but the design of the mode is meant to play 3 inning games non competitive in a strategic fashion. Some people actually play every territory on map. It's the only 3 inning mode non MP people have. The ones that want it changed are people who don't play the mode they just want it changed to get rewards faster.

I'd rather know why they don't give a chance at an After Game card this year after you play a game.

Huh... i didnt even realize that. But now id like to know as well

Let’s clarify a few things:
I’m talking about creating the optional ability to simply sim all the remaining hexes at one time after all strongholds have been defeated. By making it an option, those who want to play literally hundreds of meaningless 3-inning games, or sim hundreds of games could still do so (99% of players would utilize this option I’m speaking of, it would undoubtedly be popular).
I’ve never once had one of my strongholds attacked by a team without a stronghold.
It is undoubtedly a foregone conclusion once all strongholds are defeated. The existing hexes cannot gain additional fans, they can only fight with the fans they have. You have unlimited reinforcement ability to generate additional fans once all strongholds are defeated, making it a mathematical certainty you will clear the board. The only question that remains at this point is how much time must you waste to do it.

Isn’t it a foregone conclusion that you’ll beat those moments on rookie? Maybe they should just hand you out the free cards while we’re at it

You are confused as to what defines a foregone conclusion.
There is no gameplay or skill involved at the point in which I’m suggesting the ability to sim all remaining games at once.

Yeah I'm with you man. These people obviously don't understand what you're talking about because there is no argument against it lol. It's literally just a quality of life improvement.. which I know for SDS is kind of a joke but there are companies that actually do make these adjustments. Other than stealing for a few turns initially there is really no reason to play games you could simulate.. vs just finishing the map faster then replaying it. But some people just aren't that familiar with it.

Just dont play conquest if your gonna complain

I just don’t understand the amount of time a sim takes. 70 v 8 takes a good 30 seconds. They should at least all be 1 second sims, that’s what really takes forever. No one cares about the drama of watching yourself lose a few fans
