I had to redeem one at a time and close and reopen after I claimed to get them to show up

Restarted the game, went to redeem, again error prompt, backed out and there it is!

Close the game completely after you redeem each offer the re-open the game that's how i got mine...had to do it twice

Yep, got mine after doing this, didn't even have to redeem they were just in my cards on the profile.

They showed up for me in the buy packs section, just click redeem and no problem

Yea same here been trying for a while turned off the system , restarted the game , the purchase/redeem section doesn't have an option to redeem my 150k stubs . But I was able to get my pre-order stuff by restarting the game it was there . I'm guessing they'll sort it out soon . Hopefully it doesn't take to long I planned on using those stubs to flip flip flip flip flip while the market is on steroids lol

Same here - I redeemed two items in the store but I don't have any of the preorder packs or stubbs. @Victor_SDS_PSN where do I file the complaint to make sure I receive these things?
