Yes. To play the free digtal code on a ps5, you have to have the ps4 disc inserted.
I thought that might of been the case. I see with the $99 digital only version you get an extra diamond pack. I’d rather not have to deal with having a disc installed, I’ll just go all digital. Thanks

Plus 3 extra golds. I'm still not sure about the 85 or 100 version; just know I have to have early access.

I took a few days off to play too. One of those days will be in the stadium creator im sure lol

I'm having the same issue... I get the edition with the hat every year but am having trouble finding somewhere I can actually pick up my copy on the 16th... I figured Gamestop would at least give you a temporary code on the receipt or something so you could play four days early. They are marketing the pre-order bonus for all versions as early access, but how are us "physical copy" players able to get the game to use the early access? Anyone else have this issue or a way to make it work? Appreciate it!

I ended up doing it digitally. That way I can pre load it and play it when it goes live. The bonus was better on the digital version too. Sure I don’t get the hat but whatever, at least I don’t have to leave the house to go get the game.
I took the 16th-20th off work too. -
Collectors edition. Wanted the hat.
