Shout out to the folks we don't see in the streams. Folks like;
Art Team, sound guys, video production, support really feel like all the things that make this game great!
So please say something nice to these folks and make their day and let them know at the end of the day we really do appreciate the effort these folks put into the game. I missed alot of deptartment so know that i mean every1.
Lets get back to a community where it is positive from everyone and work together as community to make this the best sports game on the market.

I love the positivity, so I'm happy to join in.
The Show is a franchise that a lot of people are passionate about. Sometimes that leads to anger filled posts because something didn't go a player's way, but for every complaint there are plenty of people quietly playing the game and enjoying every second of it. While The Show is not perfect, it is a game I have loved playing going back to 2007 on PS2.
This game that we're all so passionate about wasn't created entirely by the handful of people we're familiar with from streams and posts on the forum. It's a group effort, and I think it's a great idea to thank those behind the scenes.
It's been a rough year for most people and we've spent more time than ever hunkered down in our houses. I haven't seen many of my closest friends in over a year, but I do have 21 pre-ordered and for the first time ever I'll be able to play The Show with some of those friends since they have an Xbox. That wouldn't be possible without hard work from a lot of people. People that don't often get the credit they deserve.
Thanks for making a great game that we all care about.
-
In year's previous, Team SDS would broadcast a marathon BR tournament the day before launch both to show off gameplay and to celebrate the fruits of their hard work. One of the secret pleasures of those streams was watching and getting to know some of the more behind-the-scenes people who don't normally appear on streams.
I hope we don't lose that this year.

I have alot of people who dislike me on this forum and will proabally come in here and say that i am "sucking up" or "Brownnosing the developers" mostly b/c i speak my mind.
But motive was absolutely a genuine thx. I read alot of threads that just come across as complaint threads and some of them complaints are justified. But all i am saying is it takes the same amount of time to say something nice as it does to say something negative.
Couple things that get overlooked as well is the roster team that teamed up to get what was it 1500 real life players on the minor league rosters? Thier name announced by commentary as well. I think this came from Ryder Knight (Unsure of name) but thx to those guys for getting with SDS to msake that happen.
Leverage Index tool that is used in RTTS and M2O which gives us the variety of Dynamic challenges in those modes. Ty.

Love this!!! ^^^^^^ Another reason for post.
The developers could very easily say "You know what fans don't care what we do fine we won't stream the fun things no more." Too many things taken for granted plase know we do enjoy!

Fair enough but perhaps they are not dumb takes but maybe the inability to express what i am trying to say through text? But dumb takes is a possibility.

Absolutely!! i have a thread welcoming xbox users in General Discussion and it has been awesome talking to them and learning how excited they are for a baseball game!!
Really excited to hear thier feedback once final product comes out. So excited to see if they are as overwhelmed with all the bells and whistle's that are exposed on launch day !!!

Hopefully we see more use of the Leverage Index this year. I’d like to see each play’s index and a summary of the high leverage plays from a game.
Game highlights featuring replays of the high leverage plays instead of just runs and some Ks.
And this is a stretch, but I wonder how much processing would go into creating replays of simmed plays? For franchise and RTTS players asking for more than just ‘inside the show’ (or in the case of RTTS, bringing it back ), this is the way forward.

We will they said last year that it was tool that they would be using alot more in the future.

I hope we don't lose that this year.Sadly no Dev Tournament this year We explored options, but we couldn't find a good solution that keeps everyone safe as well as maintains the entertaining aspects.
It honestly is a highlight for the team, super fun to produce and great to see the audience reactions.
We also get to make fun things like the intro from last year.
It will return.

This. You think PS is bad with bunt cheesers, etc. If Xbox players see a glitch or any way they can get an advantage in RS, they will heavily exploit it. PUBG turned into a nightmare when they activated crossplay. Never seen so many radar and mod users in my life. Xbox players are a joke.
