What should I do since I don't pre order in my downloads?

PS4 user here and I've gotten the game ever since 2014. But I've always bought a physical copy of the game. This year I pre ored the digital deluxe edition about 2 weeks ago. I got a receipt sent to my email but when I turn on my ps4 I don't see the count down in my downloads. Like I paid for it and all but I don't see the app in my ps4 downloads.

See if it's in library maybe under purchased perhaps?

Nope it's not there either.
Have you restarted system since purchase? If that doesn't work try restoring license? That's all i can think of. Hope it helps.

Yes I've turned my system off everyday since I made that purchase.

Happened to me the last 2 years it appeared and disappared from my libary many times, it still downloaed on the correct day both years, you may have to restart at 9pst to get it to drop though.

When you go into the PS Store; does it state that you already bought the game?

No but it shows on my phone when I got to the show nation that I purchased the game.

Another thing you can try to do it go on the playstation store and sign in there and see if it shows there. It should shot there. If it does, log out on your ps4 and sign back in. That should work but if that doesn't, I would say contact Sony directly

I would say by any chance did you recieved a digital code once you received the email I would say it would be something similar if your purchasing something from gamestop and they send you an email with the code so you can use the code in the PS4 Store. I might be wrong but check that I haven't pre-ordered a digital deluxe via The MLB The show website so take this with a grain of salt I hope SDS get this figured out for you my good brother
