Mantle has had his moments in events but I can’t hit well with him in ranked, hate his stance and swing, Sheffield the same thing, I also thought I’d take with manny machado, but find his swing too long
For pitching, I got shelled with orel..I was stoked to try Wade Davis based on him having one of the best pitch mixes in the game, he hangs everything tho

Bellinger! I think it is just me. His MOTM card was great but I cant seem to get any lift with his swing. Alot of hard hit ground balls right into the shift.

A little underwhelmed with Griffeys card....never seems to come up with a big hit when I need it, but will go 3-4 in blowout games that don't matter. Refuse to take him out of my lineup cause I feel like I may have better luck if I prestige him and he is also my favorite player. Also Seager's PS card, I had his LS card on my original DD team when the game came out and he absolutely raked. Hit about .155 with him in 80 or so at bats with the PS card.

Me too... I'm terrible off-line with him as well.

With the exception of Trout, Cobb and Kershaw, every prestige card I was excited for due to the work that goes into it but I perform worse with them.

Mays, piazza, Henderson and when i prestiged Fox mantle and Perez they hit 80 -100 points lower than their stock cards lol I dont get it man.

Definitely took some time to start hitting with mantle, had same problem with Schmidt due to their awkward stances/swings.

Willie for sure. Waited a month, finally got him and having problems adjusting to his slower swing and stance. Love his defense though so will keep practicing his swing.

For me it has to be Griffey. I find his swing long and slow and have been terrible with him both on and offline... I find it perplexing. My wife can hit with him fine, but when I'm playing, nothing.

Without a doubt, Ty Cobb. Everyone and their mother can hit with him except me

Barry Larkin, I took him 3rd out of the XP Path because I was told his card rips but for whatever reason I can't seem to get on base with that card or his Prestige one.

I'm with you on Wade Davis.
For me it's SS Chipper. Got him back in November and I sucked royally with him for a good while. Finally got his avg to above .300 in the East event.

Yeah and it seems like everyone knows this. Everytime I play him, its nothing but high and tight fastballs. I think I can turn on them but get jammed and pop up.

Add yelich to my list. I don’t know why. But I can’t hit with him. I’m [censored] with juan soto prestige’s as well, the finest are so easy to prestige I wasn’t anything special with that either

i'm awful with everyone but Arozarena is prolly the worst, i can't hit my way out of wet paper sack with him. hitting less than .100 with him online and like hovering around high .200's vs cpu.

This one really bummed me out, especially after doing so well with Ty Cobb (who he has nearly identical stats with) and playing so well with him last year.
