I play whatever mode I feel like playing at the moment because I am an adult with free will. I enjoy franchise but they have made barely any changes over the years so its gotten boring. Play any game you like, in a few months I'll be 60, I've played every baseball game since the early 80's : Intellivision, ColecoVision, Nintendo, Sega. I still do DD but this year is it for me, I won't get 2021's game, arthritis too bad in hands and wrists. I used to say you're never too old, but [censored] if it doesn't eventually catch up to you!
