Getting destroyed since using PS5

I have yet to win a game and I’m absolutely overmatched. I went from 750 (last game on PS4) to low 600s in a blink of an eye. I have never ever striked out so much in the last three years. On HOF level it’s near impossible to hit. Allstar feels like HOF.
On average on HOF online I’m around 5 strikeouts and 1 or 2 SOs on Allstar. Now I’m closer to 10 on Allstar and my last HOF game was 16!!!! I have no idea what’s going on? I’ve checked my settings and play with a monitor and it’s getting to the point it’s downright unplayable for me.
On Allstar I use to think the pitches were so slow and now they’re at HOF speed for me. Anyone else experienced this? I’m usually an upper 800 and will make WS if I put in the effort type player. Now 600 ranked guys are mopping the floor with me.

I’m assuming it’s either my setup not jiving with the new console or a setting unknown to me. I also have gone on bad stretches before where it feels no matter what you can’t catch a break. It’s the strikeouts at an alarming rate and feeling I can’t catch-up to anything upper 90s or above is what is very noticeable.

I've heard of people having issues with MLBTS after making the switch. Apparently, there are settings that need to be adjusted in order to optimize? I don't know specifically what they are, but it's a starting point

Funny thing is I'm 8-2 in the HOF event and all games are like 1-0 / 3-2 / etc. NO ONE can hit in that event. I think they have done something with the sliders across the board.
Oh and I got destroyed by a 600 player last night. The whole time I'm saying this person has to be in the high 700's only to find out he was barely 600. So either I just suck all of a sudden or their is a fresh crop of highly skilled players.
It does bring comfort to know I'm not the only one though!

They 150% changed something. All I’ve seen in streams and throughout my gameplay is that it is completely different.

Referring to events? Because if so I agree with everyone, strikeouts have been crazy from what I can see on Opponents end. Like noticeably crazy

Referring to events? Because if so I agree with everyone, strikeouts have been crazy from what I can see on Opponents end. Like noticeably crazy
Events and RS. I'm an Allstar player in RS and my hitting has declined substantially. Perf/perf's seem to have a much lower success rate and even more so for good/good.

My wife was all excited as she brought me a big, heavy Amazon box yesterday. I think she THOUGHT it was a PS5 she pre-ordered a while back. She said "Here's your early Christmas present!!!"
I opened it and it was a 64oz bottle of Tide, some fabric softener, two jars of Skippy peanut butter, and some napkins.
I said... "Thank you?"

You are not alone in struggling to hit this new event. I think I have won 16 and lost three, but like you every game is 3-1, 2-0, etc...just very little offense. I am not striking out much , just can not seem to be rewarded on any “good” contact.
