Best million stub card?
-
Wagner , gossage , feller and mays are all must have imo
-
Most valuable? Wagner
Most popular? Mays/Chipper/Wagner
-
Wagner and I have them all.

Thanks for the input.. I love old school Albert but not sure he would be worth it in my lineup. I already have tons of OF and people seem split on Mays' swing. Might have to get in line for Wagner. Nice lefty to replace Chapman. I can't seem to throw strikes with Chapman and when I do he gets lit up.

Gossage. Wagner isn't THAT much better than Chapman/Crochet that he's 100% worth a million stubs, a BR run, and/or 2 months of waiting for him. Gossage is the best right handed reliever in the game by a longshot

Another vote for Wagner and I have most of them. For me it’s Wagner, then Gossage, then Mays, then Feller and then big drop off. Chipper is ok but Machado is better. Ted is good but OF is too loaded with better fielding options with more speed. Rickey, Pujols, Donaldson and Piazza are simply theme lineup guys for me. Close to getting Alomar, Bench and Mize but suspect they will be more of the same.

I've had a buy order in on Wagner since 10-25, I still don't think I'm even close.
-
Feller for me

I’ve been waiting since 10-13

Well I haven’t tried Billy Wagner but Goose is my favorite. He is nearly unhittable because all his pitches come out at the same arm angle so it doesn’t take much to tunnel his pitches. I think I’ve given up 2 runs with him and that was day one. Since then I can’t even remember a hit off of him.
-
For me it Pujols. that weird wiggle they've given him has resulted in bombs that I didn't even realise I was swinging at.
-
I've got Sale, Goose, Chipper and Ted. Orders for Feller and Wagner that I'm hoping one day fill.
It's Ted and it's not even remotely close. I like Chipper, he's got a fantastic swing but he's not worth a full million. Ted is worth 5.

Worst move I made this year was locking in Mays after I waited in line two weeks to get him. I don't play on a monitor, and his swing is sooooooo slow from his closed batting stance that I can't hit with him with any degree of success. I'd say he's a million dollar bench player, but he's not even on my active roster so that's not even true.

I hated Mays last year. Didn't even consider getting him this year.

Goose > Wagner
That's my guy, that slurve ends careers in this game

I just sold my Pujols - found that Machado and even Arenado were comparable enough for me. Now I’m just waiting to get my Teddy back so I can complete the bench.
