At this point in the game the collection isnt worth it. Even Mantle doesnt crack outfields. You're better off using these stubs for exchanges on TA4 or purchase players on the market.

The other 5 you're missing are all AL cards. If deGrom is the only NL card you have left, then you're not buying him:
you're buying Sheffield.

Agree here; if you haven’t gotten him by now, plenty of other options to have a stellar end game lineup. It’s a great initial collection for those at the start but now you have so many other options.
Griffey, trout (mvp), walker, cobb, Ruth, Soto (finest) all immediately come to mind.

Regardless of what is there at this point in the game, Mantle is still easily a top 3 outfielder in the game and useful on ANY team. Plus finishing the collection is rewarding in its own.

Regardless of what is there at this point in the game, Mantle is still easily a top 3 outfielder in the game and useful on ANY team. Plus finishing the collection is rewarding in its own.
Not knocking that wonderful feeling of completion at all
Just saying the stubs required for him can be put to use much better to create a complete team and have a slight to 0 fall off in your outfield from mantle to cobb/grif etc.

I mean he's realistically 300,000 stubs away from completing the collection, and between the team affinity conquest maps/moments/run it back....that amount of stubs can be acquired in a day or two of grinding.

If you have 191k, and need roughly 400k in cards to get Mantle, I'd suggest using those stubs to flip cards, and then buy them all.
It's easier to make stubs when you have stubs.

Plus you'll get a ton of XP and collection cards along the way. It's almost December, just do the [censored] thing.
