How does he get it in a supposed bubble? How does mlb let players on the field before test results come back? How do test results come back at that point? Yet another situation Rob Manfred has [censored] up.

That’s what I originally thought. Article on espn said he got an inconclusive test on one sample and positive on the other. So, seems pretty unlikely it’s a false positive.

Really a bizarre situation where a player gets pulled late in a game due to a positive test. You have to think someone dropped the ball on this one. Whether it's MLB or the Dodgers I have no idea, but how can someone be allowed to play in a game when they haven't gotten their test results yet!? I thought baseball did a great job throughout the season dealing with this covid stuff as I even had my doubts if they would be able to get a full season in, but someone messed up on this one. I didn't stick around to watch enough of the post game stuff but if he was on the field celebrating with his teammates I have no idea how that was allowed. If it truly was a positive test I would think somebody or some people have to be accountable for that mess up.
