He is a fan favorite. This is probably the only card they could get away doing this with. And no, his HRD card doesnt count as already in game. That card is a joke for Jr.

A fielding/speed oriented card, a power/contact oriented card, or a balanced card.
I think this might be it, and the idea is kind of growing on me.
It is kind of weird to only have boss, that could mean they want people to save stubs for the TA4, but that doesn't make sense... So, I think, having 3 bosses, the same guy, spread across 3 different periods in his career makes sense... I like the idea, and honestly it lets you pick the attributes you value the most.
Top end speed and fielding priority maybe from his younger years, a bit slower but more of a power priority with better contact than the HRD card, and then a balanced card like a career avg...
It sounds probable... BUT how many people are going to choose the Griffey Jr. That doesn’t have the best Power/Contact??? He wasn’t know for his speed or stealing bases.

What does everyone think the 99 card attributes will be, and how much improvement do expect on the contact vs lefties and righties? He already has diamond fielding on the 98 card, but i'm sure there will be an increase in fielding as well. I'm excited about this card and can't wait for it.

I’m sick of grinding mindlessly. I just want to play the game with my end game team.
Once I get Griffey I’m done with grinding and I don’t care about Finest. Last year I had all the Finest cards and eventually didn’t use one of them

I forgot one name on my list. 99 Wander Franco. His 91 was really good for me earlier in the year. Hoping he’s a choice at 150.

Sig Series is the best for that player at each category. They are always gonna be the best. And 19 Griffey was amazing. 100+ everything. WTH do you want? lol
That is why Babe wasnt maxed out this year. because we didnt get a Sig we got an Awards card, so only for 1 season. Even as amazing of a season it was.

Babe is the only awards card that is worse than last years sig and signature isn’t the best in every category. If you Compare Foxx, Horsnby, Trout, Musial, Pujols, Cobb Prime, Vlad, Donaldson, and Rickey to their sig cards from last year every single one of them is a better card. Ruth is the only exception. Also don’t you think if the best in every category was true then Chippers sig wouldn’t have worse power vs L than the veteran card?

I bet his card will be very similar to his SS last year with a boost vs. RHP (he hit .320 42 HR vs. RHP that year).

RHP 115/125
LHP 100/110
80-85 speed
Mid 90s Fielding attributes
Vis/Clu/Dis in the 105-115 range. -
