I never notice it. Is it mainly a distraction on day games? I play there but choose night games. I know which one your talking about, but I dont notice it when I'm hitting

It's bad both at day and night vs. LHP, night is worse though

It’s ridiculous. Why is it still there? Every single game year there are numerous complaints about it. There’s absolutely no reason for it to be there. It just gives cheesy players another exploit.
What’s the exploit? I barely play there. I have not noticed anything weird

Hey when you guys say “batters eye” when talking about a stadium what do you actually mean. My first year so excuse my Noobness

No worries man, everyone was a first timer at some point!
It can really be a double meaning. It can refer to the general cleanliness of the area from which the ball emerges out of the pitchers hand, and it can also refer to just the green square behind the center field wall.

The batters eye is the big square/rectangle in centerfield. It's used for a backdrop for batters so they don't see the crowd/other distractions irl.

Thanks man. Oh I remember my first time lmao. I thought that’s what it kind of meant. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something that could raise my average from .230 to like .235

I like clean batters eyes that offer some separation between the ball and the background, but everyone is different in that regards

What stadiums have the best batters eye? I’m assuming that’s not something you can adjust yourself like the pci size

So that’s good right?? Why do so many guys complain about Shippet then

5 LHP starting pitchers. all lefty bullpen. only play home games. now I'm set to make world series. great job SDS. my lineup will consist of 99 bunt guys since you have broken that too

Cuz they don’t like giving up home runs.

It's the structure in CF in the batters field of vision that helps the ball stand out when being pitched. It's usually a big green wall.

I think they believe there are too many home runs hit in that stadium.

Well, that's not good. I dont have any lefty starters atm, but Crochet and Wagner are my best relievers. Maybe I'll switch to Barnes Canyon. I'm not trying to cheese people.
