Took off Friday as PTO. Kids will be in school and I do not work weekends. If it continues to rain my son's Baseball game on Sat will be canceled.
Good thing it's not his birthday, Dad. "Sorry son, it's the 'Show Release'; maybe next weekend.
Just messing with you. We're all pretty amped for the game to get here.
If it was his birthday we would have celebrated a week early. Always a way.
Yes there is. Scheduling his birthday around the game though, is a good way to get the wife all pissy (or at least mine).
My son's birthday was last Sunday, so the timing worked out great. -
I have 3 birthday are Jan, Feb, and Jun so I am good, my wife she does not care that I play. Been married almost 20 years so she is used to it already. My kids come first. When I know I have to help them with homework or with there electronics, I do not play online so I am not pausing that much. If I do play online I tell them ahead of time that they will have to wait until game is over.

Yep. Also, when does the preload start for early access is it tomorrow?
I am already downloaded and ready to go. Downloaded it last night although I am sure everyone is aware by now since I am replying to a day old post, but maybe someone was unaware.

I say the same to my wife, I’ll tell her “hey I’m going to start a game online, it’ll take about 45 mins, if you need anything done tell me now so I can do it before or if it can wait 45 mins I’ll do it after” lol

If you go to your library at purchased games and find it you should be able to click and it will give you the option to download it.

A very common question in my house is, “Are you playing online or can you help me?” Pretty awesome to have a wife that understands where the priorities are.
Then she’ll start heckling me while I play. “Why did you swing at that.” Or she’ll make fun of me because I’m talking to myself.

I only work two days a week so I gets tons of game time. Retired life is pretty good

Money was tight so i had to buy the standard version this year, which means no game for me until Tuesday. But my work schedule probably won't allow me to really dive in until the weekend. Hopefully everyone doesn't already have unstoppable god squads by the time I finally have a chance to get started

I'm seriously considering taking a 'mental health' day. Lol

Lol, mines very familiar with the pause timer we get. She’ll ask if I have a lot of pause time left if she wants me to do something real quick haha
