Do you agree that including Lady Stoneheart in the TV series would have been pointless?
By the way they handled the last season as a whole, yes. They didn’t give themselves time to do that arc justice Or any of the other possible subplots that were being developed in the books either. Hbo was willing to do 10 or twelve episodes for the last season, but ole D & D were like, “Nah, we’re straight. We’re going to wrap this up in a tight six.”

To be fair I didn't really like the character very much in the book. Once the show went completely off book the wheels fell off. I'm not convinced adding more episodes would have fixed that wreck.
