Cool MLB experiences

I saw @ZFree1122 say that he got to play Moooooookie Bettttttts in HS, so I thought I would ask: Have you had any cool experiences like this?
For me:
1: I got 8 signatueres from Cubs players in 2016. That day, I got to be on the video board with David Ross.
This is why I hate the nets. I get that they are for safety, but not as many autographs, if any.2: I was able to go the a Cubs game in the bleachers and a White Sox game in the bleachers. For the White Sox game, I was shoved to the side by college kids, otherwise I would have gotten a ball from MIKE TROUT. He tossed it my way, but I didn't get it.
For the Cubs game, I got yelled at by a worker at Wrigley because I accidentally dropped my glove in the basket.3: I was able to see Jason Heyward's walk off grand slam. It was AWESOME! I was keeping a scorecard, and put a K next to his name, due to him being bad that season. I then erased it, wrote HR, and told the person next to me, who I didn't know: Grand Slam, right here. And then it happened. I ended up losing my voice before we left, and had a W flag as a cape on the train back.
Fun video about it.4: In 2017, I went to the Cubs opening day, where they lost to the Cardinals on a walk off single. I then went to the Cubs home opener, where they showed the trophy, raised the flags, and for the first time ever: Had fireworks. lol Rizzo ended up walking it off against the Dodgers. Fun things that happened during that game: There was a two hour rain delay, so..... they played the game feed for game 6 of the 2016 NLCS, where we beat the Dodgers. Let me just say that the Dodgers dugout was not a fan of this. I also saw Tom Ricketts, the Cubs owner, and got an autograph from him.
5: My favorite player, as of last year (Probs not anymore) was Albert Almora Jr. I went to a Cubs game, and got to see him go 3-3 with a game winning home run, and a sac fly that I thought was going to be a grand slam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEO36Ea-INY
This was one of the only good games he had. lol6: When I was at a reds game, I went to the place where you can hit wiffleballs, and others field it. (The Cubs were losing bad, so I was looking to cure my depression) It is pouring rain, so they are about to close. I take my at-bat. I accidentally let go of the PLASTIC bat and it JUST MISSED hitting a kid. I then CRUSH an oppo-taco to right, and do a Bautista bat flip. I then went and robbed two home runs. LOL
What about you? I am excited to read some of these.

My best memory was going to a reds game, being in the third row behind the dugout when Adam Dunn charged the mound. Sean Casey had a guy in a headlock, it was awesome lol. That and a guy one time heckling Matt Kemp when he was still on the Dodgers. He struck out and was throwing a fit and a guy yelled "You strike out a lot Kemp, ain't you used to it by now?" Lmao

I went to a Mariners game and heard this form a Cardinals fan: "Pujols, you stink!" He then CRUSHED a HR, and then Trout did later in the game. -
I don't remember what year, it was somewhere in the 2003-2006 range, but I want to a Cardinals/Rockies game at Coors field, I remember in the middle of the game I saw players suddenly sprint towards the dugout, and then a couple of seconds later baseball size hail was falling everywhere, an F0 tornado actually destroyed our tent later that night (we were camping).
None of that has to do with any actual baseball event, I just like weather so that was fascinating to me. It's not the first time I've gone to a baseball game and then dealt with tornadoes that night. (Went to a minor league game in Arkansas, and a tree blocked the road on our way home, come to find out a tornado had hit there about a minute before and if the tree hadn't been there, we would have probably drove straight into it.

So his senior year was my sophmore year in Metro Nashville schools, we played in the same district.
Going in to the regional playoffs he hadn't struck out all year and our pitcher got him to a 3-2 count. Our coach turns to the other coach and goes "how cool would it be to get his first K of the year here."
Mookie doubles to right center to drive in 2.
Didn't think he'd turn into the AL MVP, we just thought he was going to play at UT. Dude ends up being a top 5 player in baseball and it couldn't have happened to a better dude.
I also got to hit off Robbie Ray that year, he threw what looked like a friken screwball to strike me out.
Football wise I played against James Stone, who played at UT and sign as a UDFA with the Falcons for a year or two and a DE that ended up at Vandy.

1.)I was at the Angels/Cards game when Pujols homered at Busch.
2.) I was McGwires #60 game.
3.) Met Whitey Herzog once and got his autograph.
4.) I think my favorite, I was at the Cards/Cubs game at Wrigley when Matt Carpenter had 3 bombs and 2 doubles. At that time he was the second player in MLB history to accomplish that. I think Alex Dickerson also did it a couple months ago. -
My best experience was going to the Mets second to last game at Shea Stadium which happenned to be their last win there. Complete game shutout by Johan Santana to keep their playoff hopes alive just to have our hearts ripped out the next day.

Wow, you got lucky!
Get ready for a (news sound) WEATHER STORY!
So, to set the scene: I am interning at a football field for the announcers. I knew that there was going to be storms that night, so I was a bit nervous. (I get scared easily with bad storms, I'll admit it)
So, because we are in the broadcast booth, which is high up, we can see FOR MILES. I keep seeing lightning ALL around. The refs can't see this, so they keep the game going. We keep seing more lightning, getting up to about 9 bolts per 2 seconds. I look at a phone, and it keeps buzzing with tornado warnings and watches. I am NERVOUS right now. I then hear that there is a tornado crossing the Mississippi River, so I am getting nervous, as that is only 4 miles away. Right after that, the sirens go off, over the tornado sirens AND the speakers in the stadium. We ended up SPRINTING to the HS and staying in there for three hours, stuck during the hail and bad storms. I was able to watch the Cubs vs. Cardinals game though.
NOTE: I saw the Tornado a few miles away. It ended up just missing the school. That is what made me run faster than ever, because the school was toward the tornado.
Note: We knew it was bad because the temperature dropped by 30 degrees...….. -
