Who is everyone picking for the CAP position?

I usually have catcher, but I like that prospect catcher card for making WS the first season. Also posey is eventually coming. Maybe I’ll start at short and make a catcher later on as well.

Catcher is the best, historically catchers are just not the greatest hitters, and when you get a Piazza he's not that good defensively.
Bud, did you not see that Posey MVP card, that looks legit!
Better than CAP though?
Also I dont remember the exact attributes it had, plus I can put whatever swing I want on a cap, I also like Switch hitting ability too.
Oh I agree, but I think CAP catchers were so popular in '19 because blocking was broken so bad. If they fixed that, then you could make a case for your CAP to be somewhere else.
I have yet to see a better place for CAP other than Catcher since I started playing DD, the depth of options at other positions is so much better, fielding being more important could give you a better argument now than before, but really it's the depth of really good hitting catchers with top notch fielding. Especially with online players stealing with every player.

I usually put my CAP at catcher, but with some of the cards revealed (Posey award card, Adley prospect card if you make WS, evolution Pudge), I'm thinking shortstop may be the move
-
Normally catcher, but that Posey (besides switch hitting) looks at least as good if not better than any cap (assuming attributes for caps are the same). So I may go with SS this year. The only real legit SS is Honus and god only knows how/when he will be available.
-
I do not think I will waste my time on doing a CAP this year
-
SS for sure
-
I think in 18 the move was 2B because that was gross for a long time until immortals dropped.
-
CF.
Any worthwhileCF card can slide over to LF or RF. CF CAP gives me max defense and flexibility. -
None, I prefer using real players. The last few years there have been a lot of good options at every position.
-
switch hitting catcher.

Plus if honus is the same as this years honus he pretty much has everything as a secondary position. Dude has 96 speed and will even have gold fielding at all his secondaries, that’s a hell of an outfielder, 3rd basemen with crazy range etc
-
Definitely gotta go with a switch hitting catcher
-
I usually always start with a 3rd basemen because that’s what I played in real life .I did SS last yr also but I think I may try an outfielder this year.
-
Im actually debating on creating a pitcher this year. But 1st im gonna do a catcher. Once some stud catchers come along I will make a pitcher.
-
I'm starting to wonder if choosing a pitcher would be a good idea this year now that we have to option to select our SP every game. Just how ineffective will a sidearming 100 mph sinker/slider/changeup pitcher be on low energy?
-
Never done one before because I always got the game late. Since playing at release this year I think I will give it a shot. Thinking about a SS because I can find budget players in every other position that I like. Dont like any of the shortstops Ive seen so far.

Can you only pick one this year? I did every position last year
Pretty sure they said it will be the same. When they showed the screen in one of the streams it was exactly the same. They did not say much about.
