Cheap SP help

I am looking at SP that I can afford. This is probably just for a start or two. Unless I am SUPER good with them.
Options that I am interested in:
97 Greinke
97 Forrest Whitley
96 Ian Anderson
96 Mitch Keller
I am most interested in using the last three, but not sure yet.
Thoughts? -
99 Alex mills, lucas giolito both are under 10,000.

If you’re dead set on the last three, Whitley is your guy and it’s not even close

You also get bob Gibson for free, just do his tribute conquest.

And Orlando HernandezOooooh. I have heard good things about Orlando Hernandez and have wanted to try Luis Patino. Is Patino better than Whitley? I just bought Whitley, but can get Patino also.

Gibson is free.
Whitely is good
Max fried is a free lefty through the 2020 post season moments.
Grienke is decent for a cheap starter.
Alec Mills isn't bad either and he's got 125 hits per nine so batters will have a small pci against him.Note I would not do Ian Anderson or Keller.

I am not sure if I should use Whitley, or sold him.
I pulled Cole Hamels, but sold him for 60K. I might get him, as he was pretty good for me. I haven't gotten Spencer Howard, but might try him out.
Out of these 4, what is your ranking?
Spencer Howard, Patino, Hamels, Whitley
I know that I am saving up for 99 Maddux, 98 Orel, and 99 Scherzer. -

Fair enough but i enjoy having Palmer and Blyeven against the CPU for conquest.

Bert Blyleven is good. Throw his hard curve everywhere. Sprinkle in the 4 seam, the slow curve, and a few change ups and you're gold. Hes the pitcher I get the fewest strikeouts with, but he also gets the most complete games for me.
