Ernie or Jimmy

Which SS is better? I want to see what everyone has to say
EDIT: I do not have either, and for a budget SS either might be good
-
Rollins in my opinion. I prestiged him and he was one of my best hitters.
-
I started playing DD for the first time July 4th, and I’ve rocked with Ernie Banks from Day 1. I got him in a pack and was going to sell him for stubs for my RTTS guy, but my buddy talked me into starting DD instead when I got Ernie

Between those 2 Ernie, however I would recommend Lightning Tatis over everyone and he's essentially free.

Jimmy is probably a bit better - even with less power - because he can be prestige and you'll hit 80 power on both sides and his speed means that his better defense really plays a part.
You'll get to balls you simply can't with Ernie. That said, Tahtis is better than both in my opinion.
-
Tatis is better than both I was able to get Jimmy really cheap for like 40k when the market crashed. He is a great card but tatis is and honus are top level. I would have to give the edge to honus because of his secondary position and better speed and ability to bunt.

Pains me to say as a Ernie fan but rollins can actually hit for me. Ernie was a disaster for me
couldnt get that swing down

POTM Mondesi.
-
Both can get you nice lineouts. Kidding aside (or not) Prestige Jimmy > Ernie. Ernie's defensive animations at SS are laughable. Prestige Jimmy can bang it out np if squared
-
Ernie. But get Tatis if you can. Best SS in the game. I wanted Ernie, but Tatis is just too good. I might put Ernie at SS, and Tatis at 2nd, maybe.

That’s why I haven’t used Ernie in years. His card looks great but that [censored] lumberjack swing. Can’t do it!
-
I only used Ernie for a handful of games. Rollins was OK. Seriously try Trae Turner. Through 40 games hes hitting .380 for me with 5 homers and i dont bunt cheese
-
Rollins will get to balls and throw people out that you were absolutely sure were a hit when it left your opponent’s bat.
-
I preferred Banks. He plays good enough defense and his hitting is amazing. That being said he has a swing that’s hard to get used to with a late leg kick and a closed stance. Rollins theoretically have a good swing but I was never able to generate good contact. The fielding and especially the speed are huge upgrades. Basically it comes down to personal preference, but for me Banks was the guy.
