Game 7 of WS, series tied 3-3, who is your SP?
-
All-time : Greg Maddux in his dominant years.
-
Clayton Kershaw because it's a perfect way to redeem himself from all the banter he receives for disappearing in the postseason. Nothing more dangerous than a man with an opportunity in an all or nothing situation with a giant chip on his shoulder.
-
Bob Gibson
-
Bob Gibson, he would consider it personal to get it done, he was a big game no nonsense pitcher and that's who I want going for me in game 7 of the World Series.
I would also consider
Randy Johnson
Greg Maddax
and Sandy Koufax -
Steve Carlton
-
Tim Wakefield. Chicks dig the knuckler

Who is your ace SP who you would turn to with the championship on the line? Why him?
Greg Maddux. Why...because he's Greg Maddux and more than likely will only need 90 pitches to win with his control.
-
Chris Carpenter or Jose Fernandez
-
From what I remember Maddux and Glavine were worse than Smoltz in the playoffs.
I’d give it to Koufax, Gibson, or Doc Gooden.
-
Bumgarner or Randy and im feeling pretty good
-
The correct answer is probably Bob Gibson or Sandy Koufax.
Under the radar choices are Smoltz, El Duque, or Dave Stewart.

not in playoff time. I'd pick glavine or smoltz before him.

Randy Johnson or Pedro in their prime. Not only were their numbers outstanding but they were just intimidating and nasty. Plus they pitched in a time when everyone was juiced to the [censored]'s, even the hot dog guy was on the sauce.
-
You give it to the greatest that ever threw a baseball and his name is Sandy Koufax!
-
2014 Madison Bumgarner
-
Pedro Martinez. As long he's not facing the Yankees. There's actually a handful of pitchers that I would trust. But once again as long as they're not face in the Yankees in the playoffs.
And I hate the Yankees....But usually all good pitchers don't fare well...... in the post season
-
Can I over think it and use a opener.
-
Put in Pedro, work your way through the 3rd, then get in Maddux to the 6th, then bumgarner 6-8, the big unit closing everything out
-
I would consider: Bumgarner, Maddux, Gibson.
