Using Foxx at catcher?

Yea that defense neutralizes his bat for me. I pitch with a lot of finesse guys and balls thrown at the dirt and he just sits there like a sofa. I thought Posada D was bad. [censored]. I love seeing him on the other team. I steal with 60 speed guys lol

I have changed my position on Foxx.. As my weaknes is breaking balls in the dirt... I say.. Foxx at catcher all day, he's probably th ebest option for everyone to put behind the plate..

Defense at catcher is the most overrated thing in this game. Hitting >>> Defense from the catching position.

I have done okay with him at catcher. I keep Ivan Rodriquez on bench for defense later in game if needed and moving foxx to 1b. I advise keeping a defensive catcher on the bench in case you get someone who steals all the time.

Well, no BS, in trying a bunt cheese team against a guy using him... he’s thrown out Buxton and Mondesi trying to steal 2nd. No BS.
Stats don’t matter.

I had a guy using Foxx throw out Mondesi and mantle in my last game... I found it pretty interesting. His arm should be exploitable.

It isn’t. Lol. The second time with Buxton I did t auto queue the steal and got a decent jump. Nailed him
Meanwhile, I can throw anyone out with my maxed CAP at C. Time to get Foxx and make a CAP RP.

Yea I’m guessing you haven’t lost a game or a lead because of a passed ball. Plenty of offensive weapons to not have BRONZE defense at catcher
