Using Foxx at catcher?

I started him as catcher yesterday. He let a shocking amount of balls past him. That being said, his bat is the real deal and is likely to make up for the occasional passed ball.

I have done okay with him at catcher. I keep Ivan Rodriquez on bench for defense later in game if needed and moving foxx to 1b. I advise keeping a defensive catcher on the bench in case you get someone who steals all the time.
Cool. I have Pudge and was thinking of potentially making the same move so great to hear someone else is having success with that already. Appreciate it.

Well, no BS, in trying a bunt cheese team against a guy using him... he’s thrown out Buxton and Mondesi trying to steal 2nd. No BS.
Stats don’t matter.

I had a guy using Foxx throw out Mondesi and mantle in my last game... I found it pretty interesting. His arm should be exploitable.

I had a guy using Foxx throw out Mondesi and mantle in my last game... I found it pretty interesting. His arm should be exploitable.
It isn’t. Lol. The second time with Buxton I did t auto queue the steal and got a decent jump. Nailed him
Meanwhile, I can throw anyone out with my maxed CAP at C. Time to get Foxx and make a CAP RP.

Yea I’m guessing you haven’t lost a game or a lead because of a passed ball. Plenty of offensive weapons to not have BRONZE defense at catcher
