Amazing how you can tell at a certain age that some kids just got the “superior athletic gene.” Real cool you got to be apart of that

When I was quite younger, I was hardcore into fantasy baseball. I remember when Gordon and Ryan Braun were the top prospects coming up at 3B. It can be argued that Gordon never quite lived up to the hype offensively but he was amazing defensively, great leader and all around consummate professional. That to me, is worth much more than what the latter brought to the game

It was so obvious. He would do things almost every game where we were like yeah.... we can't do that. LOL
