Yes lots of people, normally lets you in on the 4th/5th attempt.

I have the same problem.You can send a bug report to them too, there is work arounds you can try to get into DD

I get this message sometimes too—usually it happens a couple times when I try to access Diamond Dynasty when I first boot up the game.

Yep. Disconnected from game nothing counted. Was able to reconnect but got that message twice more. Get your stuff together Sony. This is getting beyond rediculous

Well everything is working again....for now anyway. Im sure this is the norm anymore.

Yeah happening to me too. I reset and it allows me back in but I get the error message after games.
