If he's not in the game by now. I don't think it's on SDS, there are certain things that need to be done in order to be in the game. He has to fill out the paperwork and be approved by both MLB and the union.
Maybe he has a existing deal in Japan that conflicts with the MLB one. I don't know but I doubt they're holding him out of of the game just for kicks.It has to be that. We haven’t seen Rafael Dolis and Shun Yamaguchi from the Jays. Both pitched in Japan last year

A simple reply of "we can't add him for x reason" would suffice. Not the I've been scanned, see you next week Cincinnati [censored]. If your not going to add him why scan him?

Another update, STILL not added. But they find the time add a bunch of common free agents just so every pack now has better odds of garbage free agents nobody wants. What a joke. But no, they're not driven by micro transactions to get people to buy stubs only to get players you've never heard of. But add a starting player? Nah, ain't got time for that. We were working on 27 year old common Craig Brooks, who's never played in the mlb.

No it's not really that important, unless you want to play a Reds franchise or any other mode as the Reds and would like to have him on the team. It's more pointing out they can add common free agent nobodies but not a starting player on an MLB team. Some of us would like him in the game, you don't care either way which is fine but some do.
There's players that are no longer with the reds on my roster ! Speaking of rosters whenever I play a game the SAME lineup gets loaded ! Not sure I'll be buying The Show 21 !!!

QUESTION: Will Shogo be in TheShow20, or will they wait until 21? The fact that he made the playoffs should be a booster, but not sure if they will. It is kind of sad that none of the people at SDS have addressed this issue.
