Even if you square it up it’s just an easy out wherever. I might just buy Soria and Mathewson and call it an event.

Yeah they are just not effective, apparently you can’t get the ball to jump off the bat with under 65 power, thanks a lot sds. Weak grounders and pop flys galore. So fun and the rewards are to die for, I just don’t understand how it can be this bad, and for a month..... honus has to come at the end of this

I like this event. Takes the pressure off of trying make a perfect pitch every time and puts the focus more on managing rather than trying to out slug the other guy. Gotta shift your defense for certain guys. Know when to pitch out. Slide step. Throw a fastball. Bunt. Steal. Hit and run. Oh it’s so much better than just trying to hit nukes. Don’t get me wrong hitting bombs is great and all but hasn’t everyone hit twice as many as Bonds did in his career by now?

Just using it to Prestige Kershaw and Johnson. Idk if either actually makes my rotation but its the best oppurtunity to do it.

LOL man I had to say something on this... Contact hitters are not useless. Lou Brock hits mid .400s for me in over 400 AB.

He’s got power over 70 against both handed pitching though. Give me a useful contact hitter with less then 60 power. There’s practically none if you don’t bunt cheese.

Vidal Brujan does have 65 I believe against righties, but 55 against lefties. I've hit leadoff HR with him each side of the plate in my last two games and a HR in 3 of my last 4 games with him.

So I guess a lot of people prefer slow-pitch softball? If you can hit bombs, you should be able to slap some singles, hit and run, and square up for some doubles in this event.

Stop trying to hit home runs with them. I'm hitting almost 400 with Kieth Hernandez and I'm a terrible hitter.

When I first started playing DD earlier this year, I used the 95 Madrigal as my 2B and lead off hitter. He actually hit a good amount of HRs for a guy with little power.

Funny because I love this event. I’ve hit 4 homeruns since it started yesterday. Yes there are a lot of fly outs but hey I’m enjoying the hell out of it. I’m using it to prestige pitchers

Exactly. Chicks DO NOT dig the bunt or the bloop single or the strikeout. We all know they dig the longball.
