He still has to sign away his likeness to SDS. Much of the league signs wholesale but you can retain your likeness rights individually and that is often why players are not in the game.
Id even say, if SDS hasnt added him at this point, its because they cant.

I can't believe i missed this yesterday, i will no doubt bump one of these threads every week until he is added or SDS gives us an answer, however its more likely monkeys will fly out of my [censored] than that to happen.

Especially when he says " see you next week", then 9 days later ( more than a week - math) he's still not added.
