Still waiting for usable cards from some of the best legends and LS players. Yet again here we are with a 21 year old Cristian Pache who hasn't stepped foot in a MLB Ballpark getting a 98 overall card.
I seem to remember a certain Braves CF who was already in the MLB at 19 and winning GG awards by the time he turned 21. You know the same guy who didn't get a card until the end of last year's game cycle.
We need to ramp up the content concerning the players everyone would like to use

It's all about marketing and keeping people engaged. If you give out everything all at once people will not be engaged as long. Listen I want a number of players right now but at the same time if I get them I am likely to check out sooner because I have nothing left to play for.
SDS has done a great job with releasing players and differnt cards to help line up diversity.
If you have an issue with FS card then you should also have an issue with the HRD cards, Created players and Finest cards cause at the end of they day these are just juiced up cards. It's a fantasy game mode at the end of the day the rules are made up and the points dont matter

Yes, a 91 overall card that was useless in two weeks. Kind of weird way to use a new legend no? It's also the same guy who has a gold card only this year roughly 6 months into the game cycle.
He's one example of many we're still waiting on like Ruth, Mays, Foxx, etc.

Stop making assumptions like you're clever. I didn't ask for a bunch of cards to be dumped into the game. I'm just pointing out there are a lot of desirable players left and it's August. Why would anyone want all those guys to show up at the same time?

Quit expecting top tier cards in headliner packs. The only headliner so far that is considered end game is Dibble and thats because of lack of relief pitchers. Andruw Jones probably should have gotten his best card by now, maybe even in a headliner. Expecting Babe, Foxx, Ted, Pujols, Griffey, Yelich, Scherzer, Kershaw etc. in headliner packs is asinine though.

The entire line of Fake Series cards is a great idea in concept. It's the execution that failed.
These guys haven't proven a [censored] thing, but because we're "new and fresh" we have them eclipsing all the LS and legends.
To those that are bored with the same cards, great. Go play franchise mode and ramp up your Pache and Adell there.
I ordered MLB the show, not MiLB. They could have skinned an entire minor league mode where ya'll can play with the minor guys in minor league parks, and earn FS 99 diamonds.

My guess is that real-life intruded and Stage 2 was actually supposed to be "Hot Start" players or something equivalent.

Acuna has only been in the league 3 years. Players like that don’t tend to get flashback cards. All the future stars hate posts just get old. I don’t care for them myself but it’s a lost cause because every single content drop has been planned since February. The only drops that aren’t planned before the game comes out are POTM, Topps now, Finest, and that seasons postseason cards

Please stop interjecting assumptions that aren't there. I don't hate the FS cards and didn't hate the Prospect cards. FS Dylan Carlson is one of my favorite cards. However the time for those cards should be over, it's just lazy rehashing content for the sake of content.

I agree, but future stars aren’t over with until Franco and Adley are released and I think you know that. All I’m saying is that they aren’t changing their set in stone content schedule because the same 6 people complain about future stars over and over again

My bigger issue is that there aren’t even remotely usable cards for some legends. Andruw Jones has an 84, Babe Ruth has a 77, Jimmie Foxx has a 70, Lou Gehrig has a 83, Fergie Jenkins has a 83, Tom Seaver has a 84, and so on. Just give them some kind of ~90 overall diamond that could be somewhat usable and it would be more palatable.
