I sure hope they get rid of prestige programs best year!! Totally ruins any fun events should be. Just facing Paxton every game, and people asking for stats. Easy way to ruin the game of baseball and make it a stat grab.

They just need to make an option to do offline. Make the stats needed higher and still make it a grind. I hate playing online.

Yep, prestiging should be offline. For me Paxton is easy to hit tho, so I enjoy facing him.

Prestiging has actually made online more fun for me. I find myself quitting a lot fewer games than in the past, because even if I know I'm gonna lose theres still something to play for. I did enjoy the grind of 18 though, so I have no problem with an offline prestige option as long as they make it difficult enough thst players can't just bash the computer on rookie and have everything done in a week.

If they gave us the option to do it offline I would but otherwise my line up in any event is cards I can prestige, even if they won't make my final squad.
I have 23 prestiges done and still would prefer offline. It does allow me small mini goals while also getting event wins.

I suppose people are attempting to prestige Paxton bc his card is so terrible... thinking that maybe a prestiged version would be better.
I sure hope he’s not the trend for the remainder of the POTM cards...
