Can Astros be removed from franchise?

Any possibility to remove the Astros from franchise mode and replace them with a generic made up team? Not sure I can play against that steaming pile of human trash.
Good thing they are just AI I guess. What a disgrace and slap in the face to all of baseball.

Well in MLB the show is 20 you can definitely replace that team. You may still have the players in the team but they won't have the team name, City ect if I where you I'll pull a fire sale trade or release some players

Everyone defending the Astros needs to realize that doesn’t matter because they still cheated. If steroids and betting on baseball are a big deal, then this should be too.

That's awesome! Every player on the Astros should also have a cheating percentage stat that negatively affects all other stats.
They should be banned from MLB for a year.

You know I love the New England Patriots, have cheered them on for 2 decades, as much as love them I can not defend them stealing plays or tampering with footballs.
I've seen all the Pats cheating meme's & heard all the jokes so I know what Astros fans are going through at least a little bit, I grew to accept it cause they ain't going away.
Astro's fans will have to do the same.

To answer the OP question you can you can edit the (bleep) out of the Astros in the new game, move them to Flin Flon Saskatchewan if you like.

This was much worse than anything the patriots could dream of doing.
Show me the proof that every team in baseball steals signs using electronic equipment and relays, to the extent of what the Astros have done.
Obviously you haven’t done any research, because other teams reported the Astros for cheating before Fiers ever said anything. Manfred just chose not to do anything until somebody went public with it. If enough top players from around the league keep saying how bad the situation is, MLB will eventually be forced to do something to make it go away. That will involve either stripping the title, or suspending/banning players.
Not to mention the Astros are digging their own graves by blatantly lying about everything that’s happened, and showing zero signs of remorse. Bregman, Altuve, Correa, Springer will all get what’s coming to them eventually.
Soon the Astros pitchers are going to be getting heat as well, since they were also blatantly cheating.
The hole the Astros are in is getting deeper every day

Only way the players get banned and suspended is if they get caught lying after they been given the chance to say the truth without punishment. IE the buzzer thing with Altuve and other players denying it, if it comes out that is true it will differently be worst on them. Manfred made a mistake giving players immunity when the evidence was already there. I guess he did not believe or want to believe Fiers was telling the truth. Saying they get immunity for admitting cheating how does that make sense.
