Stage 4 for the Padres could be 99 Hoffman, Royals could be PS 99 Wade Davis or Sig Series Alex Gordon, Phillies could be 99 Sig Series Jimmy Rollins, Tigers could be 99 Sig Series Ty Cobb...honestly I just don’t think it will be finest, I hope it’s not finest, that would just be lame imo. Even tho finest Bellinger was incredible last year.

With the season about to commence they wouldn’t do two lines of finest for this year and previous finest cards, at least I wouldn’t hope

I bet there original plan was stage 4 to be finest!! It makes 100% sense! But now with a 60 game season do they still do it? Maybe combo best season/ post season as the finest 1 per team of course!!

TA4 will be Finest but non-sellable. They pissed everyone off by making TA3 sellable and then they'll reverse course and [censored] everyone off again.

That would be a catastrophe. People are skipping the TA 3 grind and just buying the cards they want. If they make stage 4 non-sellable then everyone would have to grind through 2 stages to earn them.
I don't think they can reverse course now.

So you have to grind through 2 stages because you took the easy way out and bought TA3 so therefore TA4 should be sellable too? Oh no it would be the end of the world!
Just think of it this way why would they put 30 of the best cards on the market as sellable at 20-30k each? TA3 are good but there's a number of similar or better options with better cards coming out over the next few months. By the time TA4 hits (roughly end of Aug/early Sept based on when TA2 & 3 dropped) it's going to be late in the lifespan of the game and therefore there won't be a ton more better cards to overshadow TA4. It makes perfect sense to have those nonsellable.
Actually doing the math on when it should drop I'm starting to think TA4 might be postseason performers for each team. Then we'd have Finest released as a pack.

It will be a new series called Future Hall of Famers. All will be 99s with maxed out stats. The players will be each teams first pick in the most recent draft.

My prediction since very early on is that it will be a Signature series of one of the teams best players, be they legend or current.
For example the Cardinals could see a Gibson or a Musial (I would bet against Pujols as I see him being a more universal reward)
