You act like there aren’t millions of people doing their jobs across America having to take the same precautions. It’s a live stream they’re not having a New Year’s Eve bash in New York City together. Most places are working entirely from video chat, I’m honestly surprised this is the first stream they’ve done since before the game came out.

You are right but why I bring it up is in line with your question why now why do live stream now when cases of the virus are spiking in places like California. To me it gives of the wrong message that this is all over and life is back to normal. If the stream is via video and all presenters are in different locations then fine but of they are all crammed together on that little couch then there is a problem
-
I will be watching, even though I’ve come to find this years game quite tiresome and difficult to enjoy. The live-streams are one aspect of the content I actually missed earlier in the year, when the optimism of a fresh new game was still high. It will be good to see the streams return. Even though I’ll probably struggle for motivation to play the 5th inning program (Looks like I won’t even reach 600 stars in the 4th which would be the first time ever) the 300 star target is pretty attainable for even a low volume grinder in a month of play.

California is in stage 3. They can do that if they wish.

I wouldn’t say COVID-19 is over, but it’s not the same situation as we saw through March and April. At some point you have to start resuming some semblance of life as before. Or not. It’s a personal choice on many levels. I stayed home and wore a mask through March and April. I’ve been back at work and not wearing a mask except when the situation necessitates it through June, but I live in England. YMMV according to geographic location, personal beliefs and life choices.

I can understand that. If they’re all jammed on that couch it’ll be . I guess at some point you gotta start doing some normal things with extra precautions.

Honestly I made this game a lot more enjoyable by simply not giving a [censored]. My RS team is literally just a troll theme team for fun right now.

It’s partly me, my life’s in a different place now to where I was previous years and I don’t have as much time to dedicate to video gaming, I’m trying to get various things up and running again following the lockdown. When I do have free time, I’m too tired or distracted to focus on the show as much as usual, but that’s to be expected, I suppose.
