Why do so many 500 players have ws banners?

Sds if nothing else this should show u how bad you've let your online experience become. I mean is it really just random and if u play enough you get to what's supposed to be the top tier of your most competitive mode?
I only started playing dd in 17. But I very rarely remember bums having ws or 12-0 banners. It used to mean something. I played a guy this morning who was barely 500. He had 4 hits 2 being 12's on the pci rating a 10 and 11. His outs weren't any better. He scored 3 runs with 2 hrs and struck out 7 or 8 times. But yet was a ws player. Really!? I really hope u guys get back to making a real competitive game not just one that's completely random at times. The funny thing is I can actually tell when it's about to happen now. -
I know I'll get roasted for this but I used to really love playing this game. Now it just feels like I'm looking for something that you'll never bring back. Is it really asking to much to provide a game that only our controls effect the outcome. And please let's not see the " That's baseball " response

Doubt you get roasted. Anyone who played for more than 3-4 years knows exactly what’s up and feels the same way you do.

You're mad almost anyone can reach WS, so why not just reach for something little people will ever reach. Top 500, top 100, top 50 top 10.
How do you know why a guys record is only 500. Maybe its because he continues to play after making WS unlike some who stop and won't even touched ranked again until the next season

I haven’t made WS since ‘17. That year I made it 4 times. Was the most fun I’ve ever had playing this game. But......I also don’t care anymore. So I really don’t know why I still play. I guess cuz I love baseball.

im one of the bums Ill admit lol. but I never went 12-0 or world series. but I would also say I have played a good handful of games vs someone with 90 wins and 13 losses or something or the 12-0 banner and some things go my way and I win sometimes or I find myself saying ok they beat me but how much of it is they are better or just they got some lucky bounces. ive lost a handful because someone gets a late swing pop out just over my first basemen head. so theres a difference ive played people who are much better and win 8-0 or something. but again some I say how did this guy ever go 12--0 lol

I feel this is true, mixed with the fact casual players have had way more time the last few months.
