Let's kill the Future Stars concept now.

They should listen to the new legend survey and put a bunch of them in the game
-
LOLOLOLOLOL.
Seriously, this madness needs to end.
-
Totally agree. The content has been horrible this year compared to last year. Last year much better. Don’t care what their stats are never heard of most of these guys. SDS getting desperate I guess.
-
They are clowns!!! How do we have not one but TWO Adells that are better than yelich hahahahahaha
-
This should have been November content, not June.
Make a Minor League version of the game and stick these guys there.
-
Yeah, more legends are needed, not these FS cards. I'd take a fake blown up version of any real legend over a fake blown up version of a player who may never make it to the show.

All I know is Brandon Marsh better end up being better than mike Trout. You can’t get the guy out. It’s ridiculous

Great idea, absolutely butchered in execution. I want minor league players just as much as the next guy, but 99 Jo Adell? 108/110 power? Dude has 35 Hrs in over 200 minor league games.
Seriously, [censored] these players. Give us Sosa, give us actual proven players capable of carrying a 99 OVR rating. In the past Future Stars were rookies who could/were showing promise.
Next thing you'll know we will be able to upgrade any player LS or not, then the game will be called Madden MLB edition.
Nailed it. First sentence says it all.

Absolutely agree, at that point I would call it justified.

I see Sosa/McGuire being the big names used to market 21. With the game going to other platforms, they're probably the two biggest names out there aside from Bonds.

This is the answer right here.

Unfortunately, I expect many more: Franco, Lux, Robert, another Pearson and Kopech. Probably many more in the top 25. May and Sanchez weren't even top 20 guys.

You're probably right, at least some of these guys have MLB experience though. But in no way shape or form should an unproven minor league who hasn't worn an MLB Jersey outside of Spring Training have a card better than Mike Trout.

Not another Kopech, anything but that 🤮

I agree. I enjoy having the prospects in the game, but IMO, give them Prospect cards for the first 6-8 months of the game's lifecycle. The prospect card version should be realistic projections - i.e. their overall should be based on their estimated ceiling with overalls similar to the ratings of LS cards and the players they are projected to play like. I'm unaware of any prospect touted as the next Trout, so make the top prospects in the 90-91 range and have it trickle down from there.
Later, when there's dozens and dozens of prime and sig cards and 99s, if you want to add future stars cards with suped up stats that push up their overalls, go for it.
