I think the goal should be 1-2 Golden era (1920s-1940s) players each year, 1-2 Silver era (1950s-1970s) players, and then a bunch of 80s-00s players to fill the gaps. I like that we have some guys on teams like Victorino even if they aren't franchise legends or anything. But it gives us the chance to have guys like Ben Sheets and Todd Helton to fill out teams

How are we going to complete our Mr Burns Theme Team with that release schedule? We need at least 3 or 4 from the pre-Golden era. Cap Anson. Nap Lajoie. Mordecai Three-Finger Brown!

No one in the position to confirm is going to do so, much less on this board.

SDS has traditionally been rock-solid about avoiding leaks, but we did get that 9th inning boss leak a couple months ago, so I guess anything is possible. Though you are definitely right -- if anyone happened to come across a screenshot or has any sort of inside info, they'd be dopes to post it on this forum.

Hank would be an awesome get for the game.
I'd be even more excited to see a Frank Robinson card though. Imagine the PCI for an outfielder who hit .300 nine times, hit 30 home runs 11 times, and led his respective league in slugging % four times. Hammering Hank might have more name value, but for my corner outfield spot I'd rather have Frank Robinson on my roster.

You do know Hank Aaron hit .300 in 14 seasons, and 30hr 15 seasons while also leading in slugging 4 times, right

Well now I do. Still, I'd love me a Frank Robinson card. Thanks for the additional info.

Can you imagine SS Mantle with 99 speed (before the knee injury) and 125 power and contact vs. LH and RH?

Three finger brown has been in some of the Shows 10 years ago. Dimaggio, Tris Speaker, Don Drysdale, Robin Roberts, Satchel Paige, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Eddie Collins, Phil Rizzuto where also in there as well some of these guys would be great to have in the game. Satchel would be awesome to have him in.

Amazing they added HALF of the all-time leaders in WAR this year.

The list: (already in, added in 19)

    1. Babe
    2. Walter Johnson
    3. Cy
    4. Bonds
    5. Mays
    6. Ty
    7. Hank
    8. Clemens
    9. Tris Speaker
    10. Honus

For fun, here's the next 10:

    11. Musial
    12. Hornsby
    13. Eddie Collins
    14. Ted
    15. Pete Alexander
    16. ARod
    17. Kid Nichols
    18. Gehrig
    19. Rickey
    20. Mantle

    Frank Robinson is 24th.

If I HAD to guess, I'd say they save Hank for 2021 for the big PS5/Cross-Platform push.
