Pulse pitching doesn’t get enough love

I’m a World Series player with a 4.20 era and i only use pulse pitching i think it does just fine why don’t other people use it i see top guys eras at like 6 using that analog pitching

Honestly I think it's a case of using what works best for you. It gets to a point where you're facing ppl in the higher ranks of ws, that you'll give up bombs no matter what.

Same here bro so underrated. Especially this year because control is bad across the board

Made WS 4 times back in ‘17 using pulse. Haven’t made it since though. Also stopped caring when they started screwing with the game. Now......I just don’t care at all.

Lol probably for the best. RS these days in WS is lame. All games are sweats all against starting rotations and all against RNG and whatever f up the game decides to do on the field. Enjoy your good mental health away from it all.

I have always used pulse and I really like it.....I'm not a top player (All star in RS at the moment) and was going to ask if it is because other pitching methods play better online and I should try to switch. But seeing this feedback makes me comfortable that it's not my choice of pitching method that is holding me back from the higher tiers, haha.

In this year’s version of the game, at launch, pulse was just not good enough. I’ve used pulse for years, and am no slouch at it, but I had to adopt analog to even have a chance at not getting lit up.
Since 1.04 patch to hitting and (I think) 1.10 to pitching, pulse is definitely more useable again. The thing is, if you want to dot the corners, it’s just not going to happen with pulse to the extent that it can with analog.

I used to do pulse and made WS a few times with it. My issue is with speed on the bases, it’s really easy to get disrupted. And also people generally know you’re using pulse and bunt dance to mess with you.

I’ve used pulse so much that when runners are on base, I can look at them the whole time I’m pitching and get a perfect pulse just out of the corner of my eye.
Bunt dancing really doesn’t hinder anything or mess me up either.

Ironically, I sometimes switch back to pulse when I have a base stealer cheese guy on first.

Other than occasionally playing with the batting view, I stick with default for everything. When I first started playing the show I was too lazy to stop long enough to mess with the settings, but now I'm just set in my ways and too lazy to try a different approach.
