What's your take on hitting right now

It seems to me that sometimes you can hit well other times you cant hit anything there is so much rng then expected now

Hitting is very solid right now. Feedback is not in a good state.

One game I see and hit it well off of 100-102. Next game I could very easily not see and hit 91-93 well at all. Early on the 102, late on the 93.

It’s an absolute dumpster fire. The hitting system doesn’t play anything like what the developers intended (ie the 3 dot system and new contact pci).

its worse because now I'm seeing more early/late home runs and hits not just by my opponents but by me as well.

Feedback is broken. They need to synchronize the language to the actual result in game, it makes zero sense. You're often rewarded but honestly sometimes bailed out, which is also frustrating on the pitching end.

Hitting is alright, pci could be smaller, feedback is broken.

I came to the forum after a string of games with mostly good okays and ridiculously low exit velocities. I crushed the ball yesterday. It felt so different.

I once ate a restaurant and there was a cockroach in my food. When I complained to my waiter he told me that it wasn’t a big deal and if I had been eating with my eyes closed I probably wouldn’t even have noticed. At the time it didn’t make sense but after reading all the stuff saying feedback is broken and we should turn it off I am starting to understand where he was coming from.

I think I am going to try this!! Once I get angry I get more inpatient at the plate, so this should help! thanks!

I feel like the patch was an improvement however, feedback and timing window still seems flawed i.e. good/okay outs. I would like a boost to the exit velocity would make hitting near perfect. I give SDS credit they done a great job with ongoing content, during these uncertain times and working on patches to constantly improve game play.

I think hitting is great, the feedback is [censored]
Its a shame because people rely too much on feedback and that’s why they get mad. Most of the time I know when I’m on a pitch or not. The feedback doesn’t do justice

What ? Pitching is way to easy my guy. A silver pitcher can hit the corners with ease this year.

Too many good/okays with the ball in the middle of my pci. It’s felt pretty bad for me since the update.

LOL. Dude, we're talking about online play. Offline, commons can hit corners.
