I haven't received notifications since the start of 22. Just got a new phone today so through 2 phones still same issue, so it's not their lazy excuse saying it's the phone that's the issue. Sds refuses to fix this as they don't care about their customers
having the same issue, just started today, deleted and redownloaded the app and still having the same issue when attempting to log in. Can log in everywhere else, SDS PLEASE RESPOND
Yes. I do that and it says that it will sign me out and it is a good idea to close all other browsers. I’ve done this, then deleted the app, redownloaded. It still defaults to the same account with no way of changing it.
