My last name was not available in '22. It is now available in '23. So they have added last names. Not sure how many, but they have added some.

I've uninstalled the app few times and redownloaded it. I still don't see the face scan icon, im on IOS. Also don't even see MLB 23 app

how about player search to check their Win/Loss Records streak, etc.. Not sure if it already exist

Indeed it does. Problem is this company doesn't care at all about their customers so it will never get fixed
