26 App Not Connecting

I’ve loaded up The Show and gone into DD but the companion app for 26 says I need to play DD for the app to populate. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.

So play at starter moment and get access to the app

@ksigstretch_MLBTS I did the tutorial this morning before work and opened some packs and bounced around in the UI. I updated the app after this and when I got into work, launched the app and while I could get around some screens, others would show that I needed to play DD for the app to work.
I ended up closing the app and then restarted my phone. From that point forward, I was able to see all the screens and had access the market and pages.
You might want to try restarting your phone and see if that works.

@PsylockeSmythe_XBL thanks, it took a while of playing and then the app updated eventually to get past the “blocked” screens. Probably server synching.

Howdy,
This used to get cleared completing the Diamond Dynasty tutorial, but it's now based on acquiring the first card of the Starter Program. This can be earned through completing Starter Moments or tallying some really attainable gameplay goals in any Diamond Dynasty mode.
We will be updating the screen with an improved message soon!
