Yes with an hdmi 2.1 4k monitor you’ll get 120hz refresh rate. The games locked at 60 fps but input lag will be cut in half

I'm Hoping so badly that SDS will have something to offer with a separate Ranked Season Play limited to ONLY Live Series Current players. Bad enough they dont have a Franchise Online Mode anymore. But to me SDS goes way way to overboard with all these Retired Players & Multiple version cards of current active players. Would be nice to play others online with just Live Series only to make the game more genuine & realistic.

To me having all these retired players & multiple versions of current players is more fantasy due to the stats of those cards being so juiced up & hyped up that does NOT realistically reflect the actual players REAL career performance. Makes it seem that the stats of the card & popularity of the player is the lure to get & use those cards even though it's not very realistic or practical.

I really enjoy Online play the most within the 1st & 2nd month because the game has not yet been flooded yet with all these type of cards that are either earned or purchased.

Was just wondering if anyone feels similar to this.

I just want you to know that in a world of billions, the likelihood of someone feeling similar to you is very high.

This is the conclusion I have come to with all of these posts. Most people claim they know what it is but really don't understand the PAR and how it works.

When I pitch, I aim my PAR, not the ball @Zalot____PSN. If you have half the PAR outside the zone its basically a 50/50 shot at being a strike.

This exactly. The baseballs ended up in the intended PAR region everytime despite the few seconds and degrees off

Fellas I’m well aware of the PAR and how it works and that aspect works fine. Pitchings been my bread and butter in my 7 year mlb career. I managed to go 82-10 in seasons last year solely due to my pitching, as my average was the worst it’s been since I started playing (~249?)

My gripe was more specific, as in the direction the ball should go when releasing late or early by hundredths of a second, same as with slight left or right when the user has a slight angle on their perfect input. That’s my gripe. It’s literally complete rng and in almost all cases benefits the opponent when you have a lead. Here’s one more example where you would expect with a perfect release 3 degrees more to the left than intended, you’d expect it to be more inside the zone but instead it ends up at the absolute opposite spot.

Edit: And to add, I agree with the post a few up from mine regarding confidence/clutch some other behind the scene nonsense that is SDS’ specialty.

Now here’s another one where it goes where you would expect with it being 0.01s early and 1 degree to the right. So this is an accurate reflection of what should happen but take note that it’s benefitting the opponent here. Makes one think.

0.01 second early, ok maybe expect it a bit higher..
1 degree to the left, because if I’m gonna miss I’d rather it be more toward being outside the zone..

Release early, and ball should land above the intended spot. There’s no consistency, and it seems to always go in the opponents favor for “balancing” cause you’re slappin em.
