Yes, 2009 Amateur Draft, Angels had back to back 1st RDP at 24th and 25th. With pick 24 they selected Randal Grichuk....With pick 25 they selected Mike Trout.
Obviously the second picked worked out far better, but thats a lot of HR's from 2 picks like that.
Negro leaguers never handled properly, Captains being phased out, Team Affinity Phased out, Market is in shambles due to bots (although at least Manu is trying). The game is an absolute boring mess and has been now for several years. Its the only game I play. Something drastic needs to be done here to right the ship.
Finally got around to building a new version of Alabama's Sewell-Thomas Stadium (aka "The Joe") Named after Alabama great Joe Sewell.
Just search my online ID ebbets1957 to find the final version which is called "Sewell Thomas Stadium 2026."
The stadium features as always a BIG taste of Tuscaloosa, including Coleman Coliseum, Bryant Denny Stadium, Mal Moore Complex, the Quad, Denny Chimes, the Bridge, a realistic scoreboard with the Flags, Bricks behind home plate, playground in LF, the Student Section in RF, the Bear Bryant Museum, the Walk of Champions, the Hall of Fame statues behind the stadium and of course, my fantasy "Roll Tide Joe Sewell Statues in Right field and much more!
