@BJDUBBYAH Perhaps because San Diego Studios are an ignorant and incompetent bunch of bandits that do not address network issues with any of their MLB games... not just 19 either, pretty sure The Show 23 recovered from a serious outage on Switch only a few weeks ago.

For the past week I have had another similar error which reads: LOGIN FAILED: A network error has occurred. However I'm playing MLB The Show 19; and using a PS4 / PS5, what console are you using? Have you also tried booting up the game using an alternative account rather than your main, and when you do does the error still persist?
I am using a PS5. I have logged in with my account on my old PS4 and even a friends PS5 who is using a different ISP and I get the same message. I had other friends log into my ps5 at my place and they can get on just fine. This tells me it an issue with my account.
Can I ask how long you been having the issue for? It's been nearly 3 weeks for me now, and I'm beginning to lose patience with SDS. I cannot believe they will just allow problems like this to continue for some players who've invested money and time into their games...
