Haven’t really been able to play last few days.

Was excited to get some RS games in.

Oh look! The game froze again! What a shocker. What a brutal game online this has been.

A lot of options at 1st base, yes.

But, in my opinion, that makes the game better / more interesting. How boring is it to play the same team over and over and over? The higher amount of top notch cards at each position, the better.

Just my opinion.

Another freeze off in RS. It’s just way too common now that I almost expect it every few games.

I started the event a few days ago. I love it. I usually stick w/ RS, but I’ve enjoyed the high scoring. I’m only at 8 wins now … when does this event end? (Im not able to log on right now to check) Curious how hard I should push for 40.

Just explain WHY, in this particular game, it makes sense to spend yet more money on cards that you can get with XP..very liberal and generous XP. I don't get it from a customer perspective. Definitely get it from a marketing perspective.

I’d love to grind everything out, but my wife and two year old expect me to do different things lol. ‍️

Is what it is. I don’t lose sleep over spending a few bucks on something I enjoy.

Worst moments are the 6 or 7 innings and don’t give up 1 or 2 runs. CPU seems to always hit some stupid HR with 3 outs to go.
Also, older pitches with long windups are awful moments, too. I usually just walk someone so I can pitch from the stretch.
I enjoy the hitting moments for the most part, besides the 3-5 game stretch ones where ya have to get certain amount of hits.
Anyways, please don’t get rid of moments. It’s nice to work on other things through the game. I hate feeling like I have nothing left to do lol

These kind of posts are oddly hilarious to me. It’s like … you shouldn’t play the game and then post on the forum right away. Too much emotion/frustration. Like don’t drunk text your ex girlfriend. Don’t yell at your kids’ coach right after a game finishes. Give it some tiiiiime.

Just a game, brother. If you’re an educator, like myself, you know there are PLENTY of other issues to worry about than a video game.

I don’t have Glaus, but I notice most people with him have lower numbers. Only seen a handful of high avg. HR/RBI with him.

You may just be pressing, also players are less likely to attack a card like Soriano/Thome/Rizzo than a CJ Abrams which may also be a factor. Sometimes just moving them around in the batting order helps. I've had guys in past years I struggle with at the top of the lineup but do really well lower.

Great point. Abrams gets a lot of good pitches to hit, but if I’m not patient with the others, I’m striking out on three pitches out of the zone.

Hope you have continued success with him. I got him the same way and caved in to buy Degrom (who is nasty lol). I wanted the Soriano card from the get-go, so I know I’m just overly excited with him. Offspeed, low and away? I’m swinging!

Soriano - I am awful w/ him. Took me about 15 ab to even get a little seeing eye single.
Rizzo - started off on fire first few games but now can’t hit anything
Thome? My god …. Might as well blindfold me.

Maybe just pressing bc I wanna do well with them, but man … rough.

But CJ Abrams?! He’s my MVP. Make it make sense!

Whenever I get the cpu that keeps fouling off balls, I’ll throw one in the dirt or way high so they def don’t swing.
Sometimes it works .. I dk if it resets them or something lol but I’ll usually get them to swing and miss with a good pitch after.

Rookie of the Year Dontrelle Willis

Anyone like using 92 Gagne? He’s been hit or miss with me. Some have a hard time adjusting to all of his pitch speeds (curveball can be as low as 68-69).
95 Lee Smith has been nice for me, as well as LS Chapman.
