Well, I received an email from the support staff and they said it was for account sharing/win trading in BR apparently. The funny thing is that I have never played BR in the show 23 and I certainly didn’t give access to my account to get wins in it ,so idk where this came from. I followed up on their email to hopefully get proof of this magical BR game.

I was banned last year from playing online games when at that point i hadnt played one. They reversed it pretty quickly

I played one RS so far. That’s it. Nothing fishy whatsoever. How log did it take them to reverse it?

I never said that you did, just that there is no way we will ever know the full story.

I even said in the last line that "even cynical me doubts that" , meaning I don't believe that there were stub payments or messages exchanged.

Your game logs show multiple online games that ended in 0-0 scores. Here is an example.

I am not saying that the logs are right or wrong but games like that one have to be red flags for SDS.

Dude…Wow…I just saw my entire game log. I see the games I played against the computer. I also see a lot of 0-0 games as you stated against other real ppl. I 100% did not compete in those games. Is there anyway that they could have possibly played my team in some other game mode? I know there was a way to last year, where your team would play against other people even while you were offline. That would be only explanation. No way did I play in some of those games. This is getting more and more ridiculous.

you would think SDS would just look up the IP address and see the activity for the account. I remember last year people were playing against me in mini season that I wasn't apart of. Never got banned for it. But maybe SDS is trying out a new anti cheat system?

They can, and they are.

If you gave your account to another user so they could grind out wins for you on your account, its a 2 year ban. That's what many of these guys did (not saying OP, just many we've seen in here).

That’s insane man. I’ve never done that. Yet….here I am. Scouring forums and twitter instead of grinding and wasting my money on stubs to complete collections.

See I have no problem with this. Like I think they should be banned. I mean 2 years is a lot, but they should be punished in some form. It's not mini seasons games though, which is what makes me think accounts were hacked. All of the games in question that I looked at today had the lineups in order of position(the BR default) and MJ Melendez at Catcher, who is guaranteed to be in the 2nd BR round. I don't want to start some big conspiracy or anything, but didn't you say earlier that all of your red flag games at times where you weren't playing?

Imo the accounts that got wins from these instances should have been insta bans, they are likely paying those twitter accounts to do BR runs for them. The accounts with losses in these should have been given a thorough investigation though

Yes. You are 100% correct. I think you just solved it. I didn’t even know paying people to do a 12-0 run was a thing until I got banned. So that’s probably what happened.

In the past few days we have had numerous posts about being banned for something that is not common for any game and have expressed our frustrations and submitted tickets and nothing has come of it. When you offer services and product, like stubs, you should have a support team that is willing to listen and speak with you be it via phone, chat or email. My user is ram08210 and the ID is my initial, hello all my name is Richard BTW and the zip code where I live. I was born and raised in Tampa, FL and moved to south Jersey a little over 5 years ago. I am a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Atlanta Braves. Before the Rays existed in 1998 we had the luxury to watch Braves games on WTOG 44.

So as you can see SDS I am human and a 45 year old man wanting to enjoy the game I spent money on to play. In conclusion, I ran a history of my game log and all games are played by me vs CPU except for one game by someone who I have no clue on how this is on my game log. Also, this person played the CPU and lost on rookie 1-0. Thank you for reading this and if there're other humans who are frustrated with this ordeal and would like to just play the game, please reply. Best of luck.

I feel your frustration. Imagine paying to got to disneyland. You pay full price. You don't do anything wrong. Someone comes up and says we have you on video doing something illegal your banned and its non-negotiable. Can u show the proof of us on video? I don't need to show proof. We know you did something illegal. Please leave the park now.

Because they can. Sds flexing power as intended. Why? Because we are a dime a dozen. Even though they might lose you as a customer. Someone will take your place next year with a shiny new addition. Long story short....features in the game change every year but Sds transparency to its customer...stays the same every year.

Every year is like a missile strike. They identify "cheating targets" and fire with their ban and hit innocent bystanders. Seems like every year some huge ban rolls out and a ton of innocent people have to deal with it.

These two posts hit the nail on the head. I’m also a 32 year old dad of 3. My fun time at this time in my life is after the kids have gone to bed and I get to fire up the game. It may not sound like a big deal, but to me it is. It deprives me of my only avenue of adult fun lol. I’m seriously hoping that they reverse my ban

I don't believe Conquest or Mini Seasons are flagged as 2023 Online Games.

Could SDS's system be reporting these incorrectly? Possibly. Could the account have been hacked? Maybe. It will be hard to prove one way or another.

Dude….that’s me….and I can assure you I didn’t play him. So me and him both got banned. We played against each other. I never knew dude until I got on these forums trying to figure out why I was banned. This is crazy. That just shows even more that this is absolutely bogus.

Ok. So this is what I'm SEEING. Not saying it's what happened; but what you see with the naked eye.

Two people that got banned for win sharing happen to come on the forum complaining that they never players BR. But their game summaries show that they BOTH played each other multiple times.

So one of two things happened: Someone hacked the accounts of two seperate people and they made it look like they played each other OR one person made two SEPERATE accounts, someone had the one account match up with the second account MULTIPLE times in a row to go 12-0, and SDS caught them and banned BOTH accounts.

Again, if this is an error on SDS's part; then I hope you get it resolved.

However if it's the latter, which from what I've seen happen in the past, someone tried to get away with something and got caught.

Man I can assure you that if I had done ANYTHING wrong you would not see me wasting my time on here, I think I see what you’re saying though. My account being hacked seems like the only logical explanation at this point. I hope that is not the case because I know that I will probably not get a fair opportunity to prove that I was indeed not even at my house during those time stamps. I was thinking it may something similar to the extra innings mode last year where it would match you up with random, real, offline DD squads. Your theory makes more sense though. If anyone has any ideas on how to talk to an actual human, or generate a real response please reach out to me. Thanks.

What did you get banned for?

The ban is what others have reported since Monday on here. Win Trading/Account Sharing in the Battle Royale game mode. Never played in BR program and everything is offline. There is a suspicious user who played a game on my account, on rookie lever v CPU and lost 1-0, but other than that nothing else. I have no idea who this is and couldn't find this person when I clicked on their link.

As bad as it is, there’s no way they aren’t seeing it. Discussions about this have been at the top of 2 or 3 different boards since Monday evening and still nobody has gotten more than an Auto generated email. I’m not sure what we can do if SDS doesn’t even have the decency to have a real person work on it. People are still blaming mini seasons. Honestly if it was that I’m not sure why we would all get a response saying BR. Either there’s a lot of people lying on here which I don’t want to believe or the truly is a massive bug that needs to be corrected. I hate to do it but I’ve made the decision that im giving SDS a week to rectify the issue, and after that I’ll just file a chargeback with my bank. For the game, every stub purchase I’ve made. Not that it will make a difference to them but I can’t support a company that fails to support the people that keep them in business

The problem is that they are human beings too. I can only imagine from working in Tech Support almost my entire career that they are desperately overworked. You have people who just submit their ticket over and over again clogging up support queues and making their job harder and delaying support for those who need it. Customer Support is almost always understaffed and overworked.

When it comes to Win Trading, almost everyone I have seen who reported it had multiple 0-0 games in their game logs. I do not see any of that for you so I am not sure why you would have been flagged. The only people who could answer is SDS.

On the other side of their explanation is account sharing. I am not sure how that would be detected, short of the same account logging in from 2 IP addresses long distances apart.

I have multiple 0-0 games in my log. I however did not compete in any of them. It may be similar to the extra innings mode from last year where it would match you with a random, but real DD team. One guy on twitter got his ban reversed and it his log looked almost identical to mine. So I’m going to assume that we get it reversed because no way they unban some all the while I have the same issue with the same components and have my ban kept in place. So I’m holding out hope that there are just hundreds of cases they’re working through.

I feel for your plight, but message boards are not the most efficient customer service mode of communication. Bug Reports have always been my best bet.

Man honestly I feel him. I have tried everything I can to get a hold of someone. I got a ban as well, and for something I 100% did not do. So maybe. Just maybe this will get seen by someone at SDS. I pray so because I have played this game for 10+ years. I don’t really play anything besides MLBTS. I am hopeful they will right the wrongs, and reinstate our accounts, but at this point I just want to have a legit conversation with a human being. I don’t think that’s a lot to ask considering the thousands I have spent on the game and stubs through the years. If SDS does see this please reach out.

Yeah. Same here. I also talked to someone on twitter who got banned. Two days ago SDS lifted their ban and apologized. I’m hoping that we all get the same treatment. I highly doubt that those affected and on here looking for answers would waste our time if we knew we were guilty.

That's exactly what guilty people would do, of course I'm not saying you are, but the world is full of guilty people who claim Innocence

One look at my game log will tell them everything they need to know.

Same here. Not the exact same, but it shows I played multiple mini seasons games when I have only played one maybe two.
