I get tutorials every time I go into mini seasons, showdown, and conquest.

That is so annoying > have done all of the small conquest maps and have about 250 territories and around a dozen strongholds captured on the Nation map and it still wants to describe each round to me.

That's an interesting question.

Either play the game and hope it counts or wait to see if they fix it and hope it doesn't start you over.

A few years ago they changed it to where you didn’t know the opposing pitcher because people would obviously back out and stack their lineup based on the opposing pitcher.

i figured that was the case. But if its simulation, that's exactly what teams do. but i just need to get better lol

Pretty sure nobody would get to use their Cabrera card if you could still back out after seeing the SP pregame.

I agree that stacking your lineup based on the opposing pitcher is baseball….you only have five bench players and should be able to use them based on the opposing pitcher.

I just don’t have many switch hitters I really enjoy using. I’d like Santana and Roberts but I’m not going to buy them for this. Also I wish we could use bronze pitchers lol.

I usually just do contact if I have a guy ok third for a sacrifice fly.

Otherwise I never swing with contact.

I finally got it (shockingly with 11 bases) but I think it was the one that I had the most retries on.

Haha I hear you it took me 15 trys but finally hit 2 home runs.

Good that card was batting practice. If you see a pitcher that often and still can't hit him, you need to practice more.

Speak for yourself, I consider myself a decent player and for the first month and a half I struggled heavily against Kluber lol

Go look at the guys who are already priced as if they’re in the next tier. That will give you a good indication. Some of the prices are silly right now. If you think you’re investing buying Trea Turner at 8k stubs, he won’t even go for that after he goes Diamond.

No your wrong. Someone who guys diamond on a team with one or two diamonds already, your right. But Buxton will be anywhere from 15 to 25k. Because: It’s early and there’s still only so many, Twins don’t have a diamond, Buxton is rare because of his speed/fielding(then he gets some hitting) and he’s a favorite for many. If your going to get in on any of the roster updates and try to make a huge amount, it’s the first and maybe the second update of the year. As time goes on, yeah they went be worth much above quick sell value because more cards will be out there and people catch on to stocking up.

The main issues are the absurd plays made by the defense, constantly making leaping diving/catches and turning impossible DPs, and the RNG of the hitting engine.

It’s way to easy to get NOTHING for good/perfect contact and miss out on critical rewards/runs that can make the showdowns impossible or “BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME!”

Pinpoint
Meter
Analog

I’ve been a meter user for years, but may try the pinpoint in practice, but I’m not sure my reflexes/control are going to make that a permanent staple.

Yup. After having to leave the game on last night so it would load (took from 9 PM-past 3 AM) I finally get in my first event game. I'm up 4-0 then it says lost connection and the game summary is lost and now I can't it won't even let me into DD.
