I have always used meter (since 18) but it seems like with every year that passes the location on meter seems to get more and more off. I've heard pinpoint and analog are better, what is everyone's thoughts and are they hard to get accustomed to?

I would try practicing with pin point in the practice mode. It is the not easy to learn but can help you a ton in online play. I would also suggest looking at pinpoint pitching tips on youtube.

I switched from buttons to analog a couple seasons ago. Used to do pretty good with it, but so far this season I’m stinking with ERA over 6 lol

I’m gonna give pin point a good at some point

I hate analog, used to be a meter guy.

Pinpoint is the most satisfying pitching experience I've had in a baseball game. Pretty much if a pitch hangs its because I screwed up the movements/timing. Takes a minute to get used to the movements and timing but the game literally shows you the movement and speed before each pitch.

Pinpoint made analog feel like the directional hitting of pitching

I tried practicing with pinpoint for 3 weeks on the tech test for like 30 minutes a day...I just could not use it with any consistency & rarely threw dots, So I went back to analog.

Recall from one of their streams that in order of accuracy to input this year it was:
    Pinpoint
    Meter
    Analog

I’ve been a meter user for years, but may try the pinpoint in practice, but I’m not sure my reflexes/control are going to make that a permanent staple.
