@sheyworth_MLBTS according to the response I got from SDS our accounts are not gone, but we will see. They said they would let me know when there's an update but who knows when that will be. Gotta feed their content creators first I guess - funny how none of their accounts reset, ain't it.

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS my account information is listed as 0 or the stubs I got when I resigned in to 2024 DD. I can't find my account to reset. All my online progress has been reset including Storylines and it took my forever to complete the fielding challenge for Toni Stone. Just unlocked her and the bonus card today. What am I supposed to do. It appears my entire account has been reset all the way back to 2021. 2020 is still intact because the servers are offline now. but that's 3 plus years of progress gone.

Well, it has now been 12 hours since my account was completely wiped out not only for 2024 but for all versions going back to 2021. This includes all the pre-order and deluxe edition bonuses for each of those games. And what have I heard from SDS? Nada. I am also losing one of the very small windows for playing the game because I have no desire to start playing from ground zero. I realize that they are probably swamped, but man an update of some sort would be nice.

@dpsheridan17_MLBTS Find myself in the same boat. None of my options have anything more than 201 stubs and that's only because I thought playing through that first bit would get me back to my stuff.

@GuyIncognito55_PSN Me too - didn't pick the one with the warning under it - not that it was correct either - and then both options became 0. opened the game and played through DD to see if that got me back in and now I have an account with 201 stubs but not the daily double log in.

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS So are we gonna get an update or what? or was this only a 1 time deal? We are aware of the issue and hope to have it fixed ASAP. Does that mean before .... the all star break....the Wildcard round...the World Series....A week before pre-orders for 25 are available to order?
