Looks like a server roll back isn’t happening. Lol obviously they don’t know how to fix it at this point. Be prepared for the “sorry your account was deleted there’s nothing we can do. Here’s 5000 stubs. Now go buy more packs in the shop to rebuild your team”

@xxfrystealerxx I sent it last night at 1205 pm. The response was 12 hours later and still giving the same try this fix that I had already explained did not work for me. So not really good customer service at all. Still providing the vague ASAP.

@AgingPuppy44 A class action lawsuit will happen if enough people are affected. A good civil lawyer would be drooling over this one.

No offense but I really don't think you guys will get compensated for this considering us Nintendo switch players didn't get anything last year for not being able to play for almost 2 weeks and again this year when Nintendo switch users again couldn't play DD because of constant crashes

No offense but not being able to play for 2 weeks is not the same as having hundreds of hours and thousands of stubs completely reset to zero due to a glitch

If they were somehow not able to restore people’s accounts then I, and I’m sure many others, would be going directly to PlayStation to get a refund on every dollar spent on this game.. preorder cost, probably $100 in stubs which I normally don’t do, etc and if a lot of people did that, it would not be good for SDS… because that’s all any of them care about, money. It so obviously drives every decision made by SDS these days, including purposeful lack of communication because they think limiting the bad exposure will limit dollars lost. Now when will that finally backfire on them I wonder?

@sbchamps17 the difference here is our entire accounts have been wiped out for the last 3.5 YEARS. The only reason 2020 version isn't wiped clean is because it is no longer online. All our players, stubs, pre-order bonus cards - everything we paid premium price for has been wiped out. Even the daily double login in bonus is gone on all versions of the game dating back to 2021. I had almost 30,000 stubs - 75% of NL East Team affinity completed. All negro League storylines completed. My basic DD team was all diamond (minimum 85s) and I was fairly far along on Conquest. Lots of time and money gone and no idea if or when it will be returned.

Technically you guys still can play DD but just have to start over til they fix it while the Nintendo switch players couldn't play at all for 2 weeks last year and 1 week this year and got nothing in compensation

@Victor_SDS_MLBTS So are we gonna get an update or what? or was this only a 1 time deal? We are aware of the issue and hope to have it fixed ASAP. Does that mean before .... the all star break....the Wildcard round...the World Series....A week before pre-orders for 25 are available to order?

@xxfrystealerxx based on the fact that it is near the end of the working day out here on the west coast and they're suppose to have new content to launch tomorrow for those lucky folks who didn't lose everything my guess is this will be your first week-end without playing, but hopefully not your first month. But if it was an easy fix we'd know already, so ...

@Sngambit- honestly if they go ahead with the new content release still before doing a rollback or fixing this account issue for what is likely hundreds if not thousands of players then they really don't have their priorities straight at all and should just go ahead and refund all those affected imo

@xxfrystealerxx they cancelled the tournament according to FB but no mention of not uploading the new content. 'Fraid we are not their priority. I mean there has been no announcement what so ever, so we can't even start over because any progress we make will be rolled over if there is a reset and I bet they're hoping most folks will just keep grinding and then in a couple of weeks they'll say here's a couple of packs for your troubles...

@sbchamps17 not being able to play and losing weeks of progress are not the same. They are financially liable for all the money and time lost due to an error I'm their system. When you link a game you're under the impression that all your progress, money and time will be saved until further notice. There was no notice here. A competent company with a game this big would have all of their servers stored on a backup. The worry is that SDS is not a competent company tho. It shouldn't take more than 18+ hours to get access to a backup server and restore the issue. Who says no to a class action lawsuit? This seems to have affected thousands if not more users and has robbed all of those users of their time and money.

@Sngambit- yeah I said it earlier but I for one am not starting over. If they can't restore my account then they can refund me my $99.99 for the game
Edit: in fact they can refund me for the 22 and 21 versions of the game which I can no longer access as well while they're at it

@sbchamps17 lol. You just stated the differences. In terms of legality/common sense which one is worse? Not being able to gain something or having something you own completely wiped?
