Mini seasons has had updated missions literally once a month. The community assuming they were going to add more cards to it when there was never any indication that was going to be the case is the problem there. I agree slightly on supercharges, but some act like they want supercharges for a guy having 2 hits and a homerun. That happens every day.
Here may be an unpopular opinion, but the MLB the show content creators are by far the most ungrateful whiners of any video games content creators ever. SDS overcorrects on their complaints every single year.
Updated missions is not the same thing. This is a baseball card game. Not a mission game.

A full Mini Season is at minimum 34 games, right? 28 regular + two best of 5 series? So you probably wouldn’t want it to be updated more than about once a month so people have time to finish a season in between featured program missions, conquests, showdowns, smaller programs, POTM, etc. I think they’ve updated it an appropriate amount of times.
This is their first year with supercharging cards. They’re getting a feel for what does and doesn’t work. I would like to see a whole lot more supercharging, but I might be in the minority. But especially later in the cycle when LS are almost completely obsolete, it would be cool to have more reasons to use them. I would be totally on board with one supercharged player from the winning team of every game, but that might be overkill to some people.
An update a month is reasonable and I liked the supercharged players. Lineup diversity is a must in this game. There are times when everyone has the same team

Sounds like the frequency of supercharged went down. Dang near every night when I was playing in May
The first round of games they supercharged someone from every game and then they went a little overboard. They said in a stream early on it was reserved for very special performances.
You said Mini seasons was NEVER updated. It's hard either 2 or 3 so far and has another coming within a week. That's not never.

Alot of streamers treat their opponents as if they were the scum of the earth and I guess it works bc a lot of people like to watch that stuff, it's almost always an instant turnoff for me though

They're grown men sitting in their house playing video games. Don't let them fool you. The majority are built like hot dog buns and need to put on a push/pull workout because their shoulders are rolled so far forward.

I stopped playing in May/June and come by every now and then when I get the bug. Almost bought a XBOX to play, but can't bring myself to suffer again.
Just curious if you thought it would play better without playstation, xbox and Nintendo all on the same servers or whatever. Crossplay caused nothing but problems for me.
I don't think disconnects and server issues were ever this bad this late in the year.

What they actually said as far as that is that in the past they went too far with patches so they are trying to make small changes to get to where they want instead of making big changes and breaking everything. They also said they will analyze foul balls again after getting some swing info from post patch.
He said all those things, but he also said hitting is pretty much where they want it.
